LampuKita

Terms of Sale

Last updated 24 August 2026

1. Who we are

LampuKita is operated by FAEZ MURSHIDI BIN ADNAN, a business registered in Malaysia under SSM registration 202403148374 (003608911-X), based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. You can reach us at faez@lampukita.co.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order through our checkout is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation by email. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the payment.

Every lamp is printed to order. Because production begins after payment, please check your colour and configuration choices before you pay.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is handled by our payment provider, HitPay, which supports FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and cards. We do not receive or store your full card or banking credentials.

4. Delivery

We ship free of charge to addresses within Malaysia via PosLaju or a comparable courier. Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days of payment, since each lamp is printed after you order. These timings are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays or public holidays.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

5. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your lamp arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email faez@lampukita.co within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos of the item and packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.

Small variations in layer lines, colour, and finish are a normal characteristic of 3D-printed products and are not considered defects.

6. Cancellations and change of mind

You may cancel an order for a full refund at any point before we begin printing. Contact us as soon as possible at faez@lampukita.co with your order reference.

Because items are made to order, we cannot generally accept change-of-mind returns once printing has started. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian law.

7. Custom designs

Our shade designer lets you submit a custom design enquiry. Submitting an enquiry is not an order and nothing is charged at that point. We will reply with a price and lead time, and any custom order proceeds only once you confirm it.

We may decline a custom design that is not physically printable, that infringes someone else's rights, or that we are otherwise not able to produce.

8. Use of the website

The LampuKita name, product designs, photographs, and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Designs you create in the shade designer remain yours to use for your own personal, non-commercial printing.

9. Liability

Our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Lamps are intended for indoor domestic use with the supplied 240V 2-pin Malaysian plug and the fitted warm LED. Please do not modify the electrical parts.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
